The Director General of the National Productivity Center, Dr. Baffa Babba Dan’agundi,nim has disclosed that Tinubu Support Groups in Kano State have commenced grassroots mobilization across the state in preparation for the 2027 general elections.
Dr. Dan’agundi made this known during the inauguration of the leadership of the Tinubu Support Groups across 15 Local Government Areas in Kano Central. He emphasized that the groups are working towards ensuring the electoral success of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the Governor of Kano State, Alhaji Abba Kabir Yusuf, and all candidates to be fielded by the APC.
Dr. Dan’agundi stressed that the Tinubu Support Groups in Kano State will not take directives from any individual or authority other than the Governor of Kano State, Abba Kabir Yusuf, reaffirming their total loyalty and alignment with his leadership.
He further called on Local Government executives to cascade this directive down to ward and polling unit levels to ensure effective coordination and sustained grassroots engagement.
The Tinubu Support Groups in Kano State have also intensified efforts and mobilization strategies aimed at securing victory for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf, and all APC candidates in the forthcoming elections.
The composition of the Tinubu Support Groups includes experienced politicians, scholars, seasoned retired civil servants, students, women, youths, athletes, and other critical stakeholders.
